Report to Parliament. 117. The Commissioner shall, within five months after the end of each year and at such other times as the Solicitor General of Canada may, in writing, request, submit to the Solicitor General a report, in such form and setting forth such information as the Solicitor General may direct, with regard to the administration of the provisions of this Part respecting firearms acquisition certificates, registration certificates and permits and the information contained in the registry maintained pursuant to section 114, and the Solicitor General shall cause each report to be laid before Parliament on any of the first fifteen days on which Parliament is sitting after the Solicitor General receives it. 1991, c. 40, s. 29.
