Firearms acquisition certificate for other persons - Application.

  107. (1) Notwithstanding subsection 106(2), the Governor in Council
may make regulations prescribing the persons, other than individuals,
or classes of such persons to which firearms acquisition certificates
may he issued, and subsections 106(1), (5) to (7), (9) to (11) and (13)
to (20) apply, with such modifications as the circumstances require, in
respect of firearms acquisition certificates issued to such persons.

  (2)  An application for a firearms acquisition certificate by a
person or a member of a class of persons prescribed pursuant to
subsection (1) shall be made to a firearms officer in a form prescribed
by the Commissioner.
